A robust brown ale with chocolate flavors, not overly sweet with hints of rich maple in the finish. Showcasing Connecticut-Grown flaked barley and oats with Eldorado hops and farm maple syrup.
Eyes of Lust Hoppy Blonde Ale 4.5%ABV
A crisp, easy-drinking ale with hints of citrus and flowers to balance malt sweetness and spelt grains.

Arrabbiata Italian-Style Pilsner Lager 4.8% ABV
Our version of an unfiltered pilsner lager is dry-hopped and cold conditioned with natural carbonation through the German Speise technique. Showcasing Eraclea Pilsner malt (produced from premium barley grown near the Adriatic Sea, northeast of Venice) with a noticeable malty-sweet aroma and notes of honey as well as Saaz, Tettnanger, and Spalt Select hop.
Not Those Pils German-Style Pilsner Lager 4.8% ABV
Our unfiltered German-style Pilsner lager is cold conditioned with natural carbonation through the German Speise technique. Showcasing 100% German pilsner malt with the soft bitterness of Perle hops and the flowery-herbal character of Spalter Select hops produce a crisp, easy-drinking lager.
Cool Ruler India Pale Ale 6.0% ABV
Our hazy IPA showcases pale and pilsner malt, wheat, and Connecticut-grown flaked oats. The soft malt profile coupled with a fruity yeast strain and 100% Mosaic hops gives it a blueberry, mango, stone fruit, resinous hop character.
Based on a True Story – Cold India Pale Ale 7.0% ABV
This relatively new school style IPA is hop-forward with characteristics of a West Coast IPA, but dryer, cleaner and crushable like a lager. It is all about clean fermentation and smooth hop character in a crisp and enjoyable beer. Our cold IPA is made with Thai purple rice for a satisfying body and mouthfeel. We showcase a New Zealand hop variety, Nelson Sauvin, that gives this beer a white grape/stone fruit hop character that shines through.
Roll One Up Belgian-Style Tripel 9.4%ABV
A classic style Tripel, dry-hopped with big additions of Amarillo hops to balance the high ABV and bring fresh citrus notes, characteristic of an IPA in the finish. We love to drop bigger beers once in a while for those who appreciate these slow sippers.
Most High – Helles Bock 6.8% ABV
Our German-style Helles Bock is a robust beer with a rich gold color and bright clarity. It has a grainy sweet, honey malt flavor with mild toasted notes. It finishes dry with some strength from alcohol and has an herbal flowery hop character that is in balance in every sip. It’s very well rounded with malt, hops and alcohol all working together. A nicely attenuated finish enhances drinkability.
Conquering Lion Imperial Stout ~ 10.5%ABV
Intensely-flavored, big dark ale with noticeable alcohol presence, conditioned with natural carbonation through the German Speise technique. Aromas of dark dried fruit and roasted grains with rich chocolate and caramel flavor, balanced by additions of English Goldings hops. Showcasing Connecticut-Grown flaked barley and oats that create a velvety textured body that finishes firm and strong.
Saaz Lager Czech-Style Lager 4.8% ABV
Our Czech-Style lager is soft and balanced with Bohemian-grown ingredients. Using whole cone Saazer hops gives a flowery character that compliments the Czech-grown Moravian grains. We use old-world brewing techniques to make this beer true to style.
Huge Hit Wit Belgian-Style Wheat Beer 4.5% ABV
Our wit beer is a light, crisp, easy-drinking wheat beer that uses one of our favorite Belgian yeast strains that ferments clean and spicy to highlight the coriander and Curacao orange peel. Classic style flavors and aromas of citrus, spice, honey, and bready-malt meld into a dry, balanced finish that keeps it refreshing and sessionable. Showcasing Connecticut- grown flaked wheat as well as American raw and malted wheat.
Freshly Baked Oatmeal Stout 6% ABV
Our English-Style oatmeal stout is a robust cross between a Sweet Stout and an Irish Extra Stout. Using English and German malts, a generous amount of Connecticut-grown flaked oats and barley and traditional Goldings hops to obtain a balanced, full-bodied, creamy ale. Our house yeast adds a fruity tartness that compliments the roasted coffee/toffee character from the dark and caramel malts and provides a rich flavor complexity.
Barn Find Belgian-Style Farmhouse Ale 5.5% ABV
Our Farmhouse Ale showcases pilsner malt and Connecticut-grown flaked spelt. We utilize Citra, UK Goldings and a small amount of New Zealand dry hops to create a white wine/white peach aroma and flavor. Fermentation with a Belgian yeast strain further elevates the fruity character and leads to a dry finish.
Yellow Mandarina – Kolsch-Style Ale 4.8% ABV
Our Kolsch is cold-fermented to create a clean, crisp, delicate beer. We use 100% German malted barley that provides a subtle maltiness and a deep yellow to gold color with brilliant clarity. Mandarina Bavaria hops balance the soft malt character giving way to a smooth, refreshing finish with hints of honey, floral and citrus.
Dive Team – American Lager 4.6% ABV
Our American Lager is light in color with a grainy sweet aroma and light floral hop presence to balance. This easy-drinking beer is a classic example of old-school American Lager-light, crisp, and refreshing with a clean finish.
Keep It Nice IPA 7% ABV
A very approachable IPA, not too bitter with a fruity hop aroma and citrus flavor balanced with a touch of malt sweetness. Showcasing Connecticut-Grown flaked oats and wheat with Centennial, Amarillo, and Citra hops.
Nice It Up Imperial Pale Ale 8% ABV
Our hoppiest beer, is a double IPA that is refreshingly balanced with aromas of apricot, citrus, and tropical fruit with enough malt to carry the hops into an enjoyable finish. Showcasing Connecticut-Grown oats and wheat with Centennial, Citra and Galaxy hop.
Sauer Kirsche Weizen – Sour Cherry Berliner Weiss Ale 4.2% ABV
A blend of Michigan-grown Montmorency and Morello tart cherries complement our sour wheat beer. This fruit forward Weiss ale is refreshing with a crisp, clean finish.
Forest Farm Maple Brown - Bourbon Barrel Aged Ale 7.4% ABV
Our Maple Brown Ale aged for up to a year in rotating bourbon barrels from Kentucky distilleries. The aging process adds notes of smoke and vanilla that compliment the maple and chocolate malt sweetness. Bottle conditioning adds gentle carbonation.
Roller Skates Double India Pale Ale 8% ABV
A big, hoppy, unfiltered, double IPA. We blend Australian-grown Vic Secret hops and American-grown Citra hops to give this beer a citrus/juicy orange and tropical, peach, pineapple aroma, and flavor. Our house yeast creates a drier, fruity, balanced beer. Showcasing Connecticut-grown oats.
Woodlot Barley Wine Ale 10.5%ABV – Bourbon Barrel Aged
Our barley wine is a showcase of malty richness. English Maris Otter malt gives hints of grainy cinnamon. The sweetness has toffee, caramel, Tootsie Roll and dried fruit characters. This beer is relatively strong, complex and warming. Its Port-like character makes it a perfect, velvety and luscious sipper.
Meet Our Creative Designer ~ Emily Barnes
Emily Barnes is the Creative Designer for Watson Farmhouse Brewery. Emily is a Visual Communication Designer and Illustrator currently based in Webster, Massachusetts. Often using gouache, oil paints, and digital mediums she creates down-to-earth illustrations and designs, using the natural world as her inspiration. An animal lover, adventure seeker, and native New Englander, she draws from her own life experiences to create relatable imagery that expresses feelings common to the human experience. Emily has been with us from the beginning and has wow'd us with every label she's created!
