Kolsch-Style Ale 4.8% ABV
Yellow Mandarina
Our Kolsch is cold-fermented to create a clean, crisp, delicate beer. We use 100% German malted barley that provides a subtle maltiness and a deep yellow to gold color with brilliant clarity. Mandarina Bavaria hops balance the soft malt character giving way to a smooth, refreshing finish with hints of honey, floral and citrus.

Belgian-Style Tripel 9.4%ABV
Roll One Up
A classic style Tripel, dry-hopped with big additions of Amarillo hops to balance the high ABV and bring fresh citrus notes, characteristic of an IPA in the finish. We love to drop bigger beers once in a while for those who appreciate these slow sippers.

Cold India Pale Ale 7.0% ABV
Based on a True Story
This relatively new school-style IPA is hop-forward with characteristics of a West Coast IPA, but dryer, cleaner and crushable like a lager. It is all about clean fermentation and smooth hop character in a crisp and enjoyable beer. Our cold IPA is made with Thai purple rice for a satisfying body and mouthfeel. We showcase a New Zealand hop variety, Nelson Sauvin, that gives this beer a white grape/stone fruit hop character that shines through.
